Well maybe but this isn't about adding deprecations it is just
about of getting rid of warnings for uses of APIs that are
already deprecated.
You are welcome to file a separate bug on that ...

AppletAudioClip, AppletPanel,AppletViewer
,RepaintManager.addDirtyRegion(), AppletInitializer etc).
