Good evening,

The Release option in Axapta is useful when using routing. The status Released indicates that no more scheduling of operations / jobs is expected.

Since Production 1 does not include routing, it is normal that you do not see the Release function.

Subject: [Axapta-Knowledge-Village] 'Released' Status in Production

Good morning / afternoon / evening,

I am implementing at a customer site that has purchased Production 1 only.

I note that the production order status ‘Released’ does not appear as an update option for the production orders, nor does any mention of ‘Release’ occur in any of the parameter and setup sessions.

Can anybody explain why?

Regards,

Neil Ferguson-Lee
