There are several solutions available to you. I
believe one of the better solutions are the Axapta Service Management from AAC

A client of ours is contemplating a move from GP FSS to Axapta. This
move is quite urgent as they are quite frustrated with the rigidity of
GP and we do not offer Dex development as a service.
They sell office equipment under warranty with full maintenance
contracts. They also bind themselves to SLA's and have to perform
accordingly. Functionality required is equipment maintance, service
call management, RMA, workshop/depot management and contract
management.
Does anyone know of/have a one-stop offering combining this
functionality?
