Hi All,

I guess not many will be knowing about this reporting tool , which is called Vision.
We have worked with Atlas, and FRX, but comparing to all of these Vision was just superb.

It gives u a dasboard kind of feature with a tool known as Vision Executive , where u can do drilldowns , create breakouts in different pages, and design it in any format we want.

Apart from the Vision Executive, there is Vision Excel which is an add-in into Excel. With this tool we can design reports and work with it like normal excel sheets...

There is Vision Word, an add-in into Microsoft Word and that has its particular features.

And these tools are incorporated into one Product called Vision. We have most of our clients working with this tool and they find creating budgets, getting P&L reports, etc.. just at the touch of a button.

If more details required, anyone can mail me.

Regards,
Sherin Francis

Hi Yuliana,

I feel that almost whatever FRx can produce,  I can do it in XL + Atlas XL with much lesser effort.  With more creativity you can create very nice reports in XL + Atlas XL  that FRx even can not produce.

Just drop me an email at [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you like to talk more detail on how to achieve your goal using atlas xl.

Hi Irwan,

Thanks for the respond. Is it?

Currently, my company using AtlasXl, but we found AtlasXl have a limited functionality.

What we want is a Reporting Tools that can be used for Consolidation purpose, Financial Analysis and so on..

I'm so curious about Frx, tell me more about your experience using Frx.

In Atlas Xl, you can only do the extraction from Axapta, and other than that you have to use Excel.

Our Finance Team found that it was not very useful for them.

So, we've trying to find another solution.

Thanks,

Yuliana

Hi Yuliana,

FRx  is ready for Ax 3.0. I have tried it before.
Btw, based on my experience with both FRx (Great Plains/Axapta) and AtlasXL,  atlasxl is much!! more easier to use and faster report development.

Dear All,

Hi everyone, we're planning to use Frx.
Is FRX link with axapta 3.0?
Someone told me that Frx link with axapta 4.0 not with 3.0.
Does anyone know about this?

Thanks,
Yuliana
