Jayson,

I would not advice you to play with mandatory property of "ZipCode" feild.
If not a numeric dummy ZipCode, why not put an alphanumeric (explanatory
like NONE or NOZIP) Zip code... which will be common for all those addresses
which dont require a Zip code.

I hope it makes sense
