Hi Tracy-Ann, thanks for the reply,
in my case Prod#1 and Prod#2 has no relation at all (Finished Good
is not BOM line for the other), no common parts, etc.

What is happening is that, after posting pick list which was
generated from job card, when I press "pick list" button once more
time, Axapta call ANY open pick list journal from ANY production
order.

This is how I do test:

Created Prod#1-ItemA, Prod#2-ItemB, Prod#3-ItemC
Job Scheduled Prod#1, Prod#2, Prod#3
Started Prod#1, Prod#2, Prod#3

Start parameter:
-No Pick List Journal created (Auto BOM consumption=never)
-No Route Card Journal created (Auto route consumption=never)

Create Job card journal for Prod#2
Create pick list journal for Prod#2 from "pick List" button on the
job card. POST the pick list. DO NOT post the job card.

Create Job card journal for Prod#2. Create pick list journal for
Prod#1 from "pick List" button on the job card, ONLY created, NOT
posted. DO NOT post the job card.

Create Job card journal for Prod#3. Create pick list journal for
Prod#3 from "pick List" button on the job card, ONLY created, NOT
posted. DO NOT post the job card.

Go back to Job Card for Prod#2. Press Pick List button once more
time. Axapta will call pick list journal for either Prod#1 and #3
randomly.

Tested on 3.0SP4, 3.0SP5, and 4.0. Use demodata. All having the same
behavior.

Is this a bug?

Thanks & regards,

Hardi

redone until the order status on production order says "Ended".
This only occurs after costing.

Hence when a request is generated for Prod#1 after the picking list
is posted it has to create Prod#2 first in order to have
ingredients available for Prod#1 again. Test it. Check both BOm's
to see if either is an igredient of the other.
