[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Forecast integration with master planning when run Net change method

For all who have experience with Master Planning:

I did the following and didn't work out!!!

I'm working with one plan strategy which is not static, and then 
proceeded as follows.

 

1- I run master scheduling specific for a certain item.

2- I made a forecast line.

3- I run forecast plan, and the result was good.

4- I run master plan with the net change method…But it didn't feel 
with the forecast demand as net change?!!

 

The question is: is their something wrong with my data entry 
sequence OR forecast demand could never be felt with in the net 
change planning method?

 

Note that when I run the master plan with the regeneration method it 
feels with the forecast.
