Hi,
We had a similar problem....
In our case, even though two server instances were running fine, the client
config utility picked up only the first instance( Even after specifying the
port number for the second instance)
Any solutions?

Hi,
Have you checked the service for the second instance have started? Go to
control panel-> Administrative tools->Services. Just check whether the service
for the second instance have started or not. If not, start the service and try.

· We faced a problem when we created a new configuration in Dynamics Axapta
Server Configuration Utality with different Port Number, it always running only
one server instance.
