Hi, One way one of doing this would be to set a minimum order quantity of 40 (Inventory fieldgroup on Quantity tab in the Item form) and then set the Item coverage type to Period. Whenever you create orders of less than 40 they will be grouped within the specified period (eg. 10 days) and a production order of minimum 40 pcs will be planned.
