on the Item master , set up tab , when the sales price model is selected to 
contribution ratio or miscellaneous charges percentage and a value is given 
contribution ratio / misc charges ratio field which ever selected. 

and the base price is purchase / cost price

when entered the amount in the price group / cost price group as selected in 
the base price the sales price changes with the base price and the contribution 
or miscellaneous charges percentage. 

issue is some extra value is also added, how does this come ? i am working on 
the standard sp5
