Hi mahesh ,
Miscellaneous charges can be added in three ways in
Inventory mgmt ->setup->Miscc charges
1)automatic miscellaneous charges and other two
plz check forthat itemif u gave any charges

\discount tab check the parametres correctly.
There is a chance of coming extra cost only from these
settings ,check it out,hope it solves ur issue
