I may not understand your rquirement properly. But hope this may work. You can create a virtual company in which you can add the tablecollection which should contain the tables which shared by all the companys( I mean you should add those tables to the table collection of virtual company against which you want to validate the ids).
Now you can do your validation by using this virtual company. Hope this may help you.
