Hi Can anyone please tell me why, when sending email alerts, the alerts just sit in the email sending status queue as 'waiting'. I keep going round and round in circles. I'm pretty sure the AX part is setup, I can email reports, and we have some custom functionality that sends emails and this works perfectly fine.
Would really appreciate some guidance on this Thanks
