The following steps will be required for setting up virtual company, 1. Create a Tablecollection in AOT and attach the tables you want to put it in virtual. 2. Create a Virtual Company in Administration > Setup > Virtual company accounts. 3. Attach the companies u want to include virtually in the same form next tab(Company Accounts) and table collection in the third tab(Table Collections). 4. Once you have to close and open axapta. These are all the steps required for creating virtual company account and attaching companies with that.
