Hi there,
You can set up WH-FG and WH-Plan as the supplying warehouse. Go to warehouse
breakdown, and set the main warehouse and check the refill check box.
when you have a sales order on WH-FG, AX will generate a planned Production
order of WH-Plant and a planned transfer order from WH-Plant to WH-FG.

Hi,
Suppose that we have the following:
Finish good item: FG01 with Default Warehouse WH-Plant
We need to have a sales order for that item FG01 where the warehouse is
the finish good warehouse:WH- FG.
A production order or workorder is created from that Sales
order.Whenever we want to report as finish good quantity, we need the
system to put the quantity in the WH-Plant warehouse.therefore the
warehouse dimension on this order is the WH-Plant.
Than a transfer order is needed by the company and created to transfer
the quantity from the WH-Plant to the Finish good warehouse WH-FG so
that stock will be available for delivery.
The On-hand stock after the transfer order is shipped and received for
the item FG01 in the warehouse WH-FG is the same of what have been
produced and transfered.
Now whenever we try to invoice FG01 with the same quantity we
transferred, the system will give an error: stock not available on
warehouse??? ?? Qty is available on the WH-FG (SO warehouse) but not in
WH-Plant (WO warehouse).
Can anyone advice what to do?
If we set the warehouse on the WO to WH-FG, will the Reported As
finished quantity be placed directly in WH-FG?? If yes this is not
needed.
1)After RAF qty must go to WH-Plant.
2)Transfer order is a must to tranfer qty to WH-FG.
3)Sales must be delivered from the WH-FG.
