It has been confirmed to be a bug by Microsoft. The issue is not related to inventory model group. It will be triggered if you enable the chinese pack in AX 4.0.and enable the "chinese voucher" parameter in finance module.
MS is solving this issue now and hopefully a hotfix will be released soon.
