Hi Trinadh, I have few lines in this regard and hope that makes u a bit familiar with the issue. Static Master Plan When Master scheduling of the Static master plan is executed, the whole net requirement profile for the Static master plan is deleted, and is again calculated from scratch. The net requirements profiles do not change until a new execution of the Static master plan, regardless of any sales orders, simulations, and updates to inventory. Dynamic Master Plan The Dynamic master plan uses the results of the Static master plan as its starting point if Automatic Copy is selected. The net requirement profile is continuously updated with new orders, updates of orders and other inventory actions. When an explosion is performed directly from a sales order line, the Dynamic master plan is automatically used. This can be executed via three ways as below-- Regeneration Net change Net change minimized See the above highlighted and colored lines, that makes more visibility.
