Hi Trinadh,

I have few lines in this regard and hope that makes u a bit familiar with the
issue.

Static Master Plan
When Master scheduling of the Static master plan is executed, the whole net
requirement profile for the Static master plan is deleted, and is again
calculated from scratch. The net requirements profiles do not change until a
new execution of the Static master plan, regardless of any sales orders,
simulations, and updates to inventory.
Dynamic Master Plan
The Dynamic master plan uses the results of the Static master plan as its
starting point if Automatic Copy is selected. The net requirement profile is
continuously updated with new orders, updates of orders and other inventory
actions. When an explosion is performed directly from a sales order line, the
Dynamic master plan is automatically used.

This can be executed via three ways as below--
• Regeneration
• Net change
• Net change minimized

See the above highlighted and colored lines, that makes more visibility.
Thanks
Santosh Yadav
