HI All, How to generate serial number automatically to the Production orders (eg production of 100 units per production order) which caters mfg date.
I feel , in no way creating serial number manually @ serial number form Inventory Management > Inquiries > Dimension > Serial number will help any concern, were manually feding Mfg date, manually creating 100 serial number every day or for every order. Is there any way were unique serial number automatically generated along with the Mfg date for the quantity produced or after the production order reach Report as finished status. Could any one guide me on this, I am using AX 4.0 sp1 Thanks in advance,
