Thanks Khaled, Somehow (not really sure how) I managed to get to the product catalogu and Sign up screen but the submit button is not active What I wanted to know was what exact functions are in the customer self service. When I login the roler center I can see in the Sales tab things like quick entry etc is it just whatever is in this section is customer self service? Thanks James
