Did you run the two scripts in the "original" database before trying to use AxDbUpgrade ? If not, the upgrade will fail, since it does not know about "UpgradeColumns"... /Jens

Both AX DataBase are in SQL2005, hosted in two different system inside the n/w and the DB names are AxDB3.0 and AXDB2009.
