If i want to do this : Administration > Setup > Workflow Insfrastructure
Workflow Configuration Wizard, I need IIS. So, I installed!!
In WorkFlowInfrastructureConfigurationWizard it says clearly that "Before using
this wizard, please ensure that you have installed the workflow runtime
components on a server running IIS, otherwise the configuration cannot be
completed."
So can You just please provide WorkFlowRunTimeComponents, and procedure to
implement.

First your need to configure Workflow Insfrastructure using a wizard in
Administration > Setup > Workflow Insfrastructure Workflow Configuration
Wizard.
Make sure that your batch task "Workflow Message Processing" is in "executing"
status. you can check the status from Basic > Inquiry > Batch Job.
you will not be prompt to submit or approve the workflow unless this batch task
is not executing.
secondly, check the rights of the user to whom u have assigned the workflow
approval that he has the rights to approve it.

now to approve it what do i do...

logging in as the user to whome it is aasigned for approval...but i dont see
any notifications there...
