HI, I have a question....do i need to install any workflow runtime components ....

The error is attached with Name Error1. Also when I run Workflow ProcessorForm, I got notification which says that WebServiceFailed. Still i proceeded, in work flow processor form i just noticed that "work flow escalated" going more than 50,500. Your help is greatly appreciated.
