Hi,
 
Just check ur IIS , were you able to browse the WF site , if yes it should show 
the 4 webservices running.
 
Then , Check your WF website in basic-->workflow setting it should be correct 
server name and port no as in website.
 
Then ,the WF website server should contain only one AOS instance ,

Anyone get the following error when deploying Workflow. Using Server 2008 
 
 
 
An error occurred during setup of Workflow.
Reason: This access control list is not in canonical form and therefore cannot 
be modified.
Workflow was left in a partially installed state.  Review the log messages to 
determine whether you can manually finish the installation. If not, then you 
need to: 1) Rerun Setup and choose the option to remove Workflow. 2) Correct 
the system problem that caused the error.  3) Rerun Setup and install Workflow 
again.
