Thanks Anil,

I am looking for a full revision solution whereby the user has to submit the
revision and have it approved etc before it impacts the system. I have some
ideas of how to do it via the user creating new sales orders and these
impact existing sales orders once approved.

The main issue I have is the prospect is project based so trying to lock
down all the possible ways of changing things on a project is far more
challenging than just locking down a sales order :)

Thanks
James

Hi James,

Sales and Purchase keeps history of all confirmation against a sales or
Purchase order. But ass far as I know there is nothing like revision order.
I did one such modification, if user modify Price or Quantity on a SO or PO
he/she has to enter reason for that. We maintained a Log for this activity.
