[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] AX versioning solution

Hi everyone 
 
I am looking for an AX revision history solution whereby the users must
submit revision orders in order to change the quantity or price on alrady
confirmed sales orders.
 
Has anyone come across anything or attempted anything before?
