Hi Craig, if m not wrong, u have not run the Workflow Infrastructure Configuration Wizard in the Adminsitration -> setup module. Before this u need to create 2 batch groups which will be used in this wizard..... one will be for Workflow Message Processing while the other will be for Due Date based workflows.
