Hi, Have you tried the Database Indexing. I think the problem with freezing is that many users uses AX. I havent done asking Microsoft about it. Because they will require you to upgrade on SP2 Upgrading is ok, but they didn't confirm if the SP2 will eliminate my freezing problem.
