To set alerts from forms, right click the form and select " create alert rule". Fill the necessary details and click OK. Go to Basic -> Periodic -> Alerts -> Select either "Change based alerts" or "Due-Date Based Alerts" based on your requiremnt. It is also possible to set Email alerts. Refer Basic->Setup->Alerts and set up the necessary parameters. Hope it helps. Regards, Anitha Sonata-Software Ltd, Bangalore.
