Once you posting the purchase order you can see it. Evry time you post it will
generate a sub number

Can any one suggest me as to how to archive a Purchase order. My intention is
to retain the orginal document and modify or ammend the order with the revised
value/quantities. The user should be able to see the orginal order at any point
