I did with both 

  svn co https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/axiom axiom

and 

  svn co https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/axiom/trunk axiom.trunk


But, I'm a SuSE Linux user and I built subversion 1.3.1 myself -- I
don't think that should matter.
