Hi Ikeda,
This is rather an improvement, because, at the moment, we don't support WIN XP
foreign language packs, AFAIK. Even if it may seem supported, I don't think
this has been tested.
This is merely because we don't have wide-char (unicode) support in Axis2/C.
Since your path has non-ASCII characters it can't be obviously converted to a
char * type. This is the reason behind this issue.
You are most welcome if you could provide a patch for this issue.
