OK, I just need to be sure if get chosen for this project that I would
have all necessary documentation to work on this project fluidly, 'cause
I want to make it right!

Hi NiKola,
Axis2/C has a platform abstraction layer. Therefore making it work on
both platforms will not be a problem.

Hy, thanks for your response!
I'm not worried about extracting headers part, but maybe about this thing
working on both platforms, so I would need some help/references and your
experience about that along the way. I suppose that the cgi program itself
will be written in C and that's OK 'cause I have many exp in both *nux and
win c apps, but never made an app and tried it on both platforms, in my
opinion its should be ok if don't mess with some deeper os specific things.
If its ok by you guys, I'm posting my google SoC application on this project
today / tomorrow and hope to get chosen!

Hi Nikola,
We are really glad that you are interested in this project. In my
opinion this is a very interesting project.
handle such requests properly using Axis2/C engine. I guess, ones
implemented, it would be possible to deploy it in both
Apache and IIS.
Yes, this should be possible. So most probably we don't have to
consider the web server specifics.
In this executable, you need to extract the relevant
http headers and the content,
pass that information to Axis2/c engine so that the request is handled
properly.
Extracting of the http headers and content should be done according to
the CGI specification[1]. So I suggest you start looking at that as
well.
You can ask any questions from this list. We are glad to help you out
in any problems that you encounter.
Thanks,
Supun..
