Yep, $(prefix)/bin/tools/wsdl2c is enough I think.

problem in configuration script. Now guththila is default parser,
but configuration script fails when checking for LibXML if user
didn't have libxml installed. I think we don't need to check this
in configure script because guththila is default.

There is a tcp_mon doc in the axis2_manual, please check
whether you are talking about this [1] doc.
If you look in docs folder, there is a separate file called
"tcp_doc" which is the latest documentation. I think content
of this file should replace this [1] doc in manual.
