The code contains number of hard coded values that should be removed. Also you
need to implement out_transport_info struct which will handle the setting of
the content type in case of a successful handling of soap request. Also need to
work on how to deploy as a executable, and comeup with a service url for
services deployed under axis2. Also need to comeup with documentation on how do
deploy the executable on an actual web server as a cgi executable.
Use environment variables to pick the axis2 repository path and the log level.
And test the REST senarios as well as soap senarios.
