Has this been tested on windows ?. Please provide documentation, how to
install axis2/c with this on apache and provide test cases for both soap11,
soap12 and REST. It would be easier to add the code to axis2/c respository, if
you can attach the final code, with necessary build files and documentation as
a single zip file.
