I spend way too much time looking for the issue, since as always we thought it was a typical Unix Java <-> DB problem. Could you think about a staged approach and fix 1 & 2 in 1.1 while thinking about 3 post 1.1? Jens PS: I should have added that this is a quick and dirty solution, only;).
