done in the archive, I havent moved them in to trunk as I will let whoever is doing the release make the decision on whether to put it in or not.
To be honest, at the current state of the fault handling logic it wont make much difference to the 0.93 release, AxisFault doesnt reliably map to or from SOAPFaults with all the custom details, or the special axis1 features like stack trace and http fault. Leaving the stuff out probably just means my code will have to build against 0.94-SNAPSHOT from next monday onwards, but that was going to happen within a few weeks anyway.
