PLEASE don't change this unless (1) we have a problem that we're trying to
solve and (2) we have some idea of the perf impact. AFAIK, we've loaded
Axis2 pretty heavily and never had a synchronization problem. If we do
have such problems I agree with Chathura that aggressive solution is the
right answer.
