[AXIS2] Genarating WSDL with latest code fixed issu es. How to close JIRA

I tried latest nightlies and generated wsdl’s. The JIRA AXIS2-1193 and AXIS2-1192 are no longer issues now. How can I close these?   Thanks, -VC
