You are absolutely right!!! we are missing
axis2-ant-plugin-SNAPSHOT.jar from the bin dist. the name changed
after we moved to maven2 based build. I will update the build by
tonight hopefully.

I actually tried to build axis2 from svn sources and found out that
the build must be done using maven 2. I think that the build
documentation also needs a brush-up before a release to
reflect the use of maven 2, e.g. in
xdocs/maven-help.xml, svn.xml, faq.xml.
