[Axis2]Axis2-Kernel test fail

It is kind of strange that one test of the axis2-kernel moule fails, 
which fails the local maven build.
How can I rely on the tests, when they fail right after fresh checkout 
from svn repo and the only way
to build a jar trough maven is to turn them off?
