I'm not an expert in java2wsdl, but maybe the problem is in your code files, in fact the interface is not a class, so maybe you need to put the class path after cn, and not the interface. as I don't have your files, I can't test myself. your class will implement this interface, so maybe try to find out the problem by this way.
