You can use Mindreef SOAPscope to validate your message against:
WS-I Basic Profile 1.0
WS-I Basic Profile 1.1
SOAP Binding Profile 1.0
Attachments Profile 1.0
You can also write your own custom validation rules for both WSDL and
messages
