Yes it's a problem of altova xmlspy. I tried in flex3 to access the webservice. No timeout issue.

No. Actually this handles by the tomcat. Soap message comes also as an http request to the Tomcat server. Axis2 is also another servlet. So it get this http reqeust process it and sends an http response.

           But these don't help to solve the problem.
           Ever time, it will timeout after 30 seconds.
