I'd suggest saving the WSDL from ?WSDL, seeing if there's anything
obviously wrong with it.  Then running WSDL2Java on that file and seeing if
you have the same problems.  Also, try running Java2WSDL directly on the
interface for MyService.

Could you send us the MyService interface and the WSDL you got from ?WSDL?
