Hi to all, I have now configured tomcat 4..x and axis, so I can run the samples deliverd by axis. I'm trying to find out, if I can use this configuration to develop an SOAP-Service for an existing web-shop. But I think the used configuration
Java Sun build 1.4.0-b92 Tomcat 4.0.3 Axis Beta 2 SuSE linux Version 7.0 is very slow. The stock example java samples.stock.GetQuote -lhttp://localhost:8080/axis/services/xmltoday-delayed-quotes XXX $* takes about 4.4 seconds to execute !!! (this is a simple example, isn't it) Any hints would be appreciated.
