Installation problem

Hi all,
        I deployed Axis onto my App Server. The compile and the deploy
stages were successful. I was able to open the index.html and the
happyaxis.jsp pages. In the happyaxis page, for some of the libraries, the
page says 'found <so and so library> at an unknown location'. My first
question is, is this harmful? Or can I go on..
        Secondly, when I try to test a soap endpoint (EchoHeaders.jws), I
get the text of the java file in my browser and not the SOAP response.  
What could be wrong? Kindly help.
