Hmmm, not so clear to me, but I understand now... Apache Axis1.2 is using
the latest CVS source versus an official release of WSDL4J.

Hmmm, I thought the message was very clear...we made no changes...we
picked up a cvs snapshot from their cvs and the diff was the diff from
their 1.4 version till the day we picked up the sources.
