This is on RH9. Apache 1.3-27 and mod_perl 1.27 are installed
and running, but AxKit 1.61 Makefile.PL says

But I *have* iconv, AFAIK, it's part of glibc, and that's installed:

> # rpm -qa | grep -i glibc
> glibc-2.3.2-27.9
> glibc-kernheaders-2.4-8.10
> glibc-common-2.3.2-27.9
> glibc-devel-2.3.2-27.9

How do I tell AxKit it's already there? There doesn't seem to be 
an install option to do this.
