That's fascinating. I would have thought the bug is fixed in AxKit 1.6.2. It certainly doesn't appear here. Anyways, I now have an idea what the bug is and how to fix it. Since I can't reproduce it, can you do me a favour and see if it still appears when AxGzipOutput is off (on the AxKit 1.6.2 machine)? Moreover, what does the processing pipeline consist of?
